Technical Project Manager
Description
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's deadlines all about? Guerrilla is looking for a cool, level-headed Technical Project Manager to drive our online technology projects from concept to completion on time, while satisfying the various stakeholders and dependencies. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the development of our online technology and the implementation of our online features. By collaborating with other online technology parties within SCE, you will help deliver a seamless online experience in our games and websites, and establish the communication channels required to keep our users engaged. You will also organize the deployment of online servers, set up load testing tracks and beta programs, coordinate the development of game integrated features, and drive the release of patches after game launch.
Requirements
Can you maintain your chill zone in the middle of a Killzone? We want to hear from you if:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in managing software/web projects
- You have a proven track record of managing and facilitating small teams
- You have successfully delivered online projects from inception to completion as a project manager
- You have experience with client-server based projects and databases
- You have excellent communication, coordination and diplomacy skills
- You have a proactive, can-do attitude
- You have a strong affinity with games
- You have an education at HBO or university level, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent level of industry experience

- You have experience with PS3 and/or social gaming development
